Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care under supervision in a long-term care setting. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor, you will mentor staff, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards. A BSN/ADN and active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision.
• Develop care plans and perform comprehensive assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation and order entries.
• Mentor and onboard new nursing staff.
