Job summary

SoftPath Medical is recruiting an experienced RN for MedSurg/Tele at our teaching hospital in High Point, NC. The unit operates with 24 beds and robust support from hospitalists, RTs, and intensivists to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of RN experience with surgical patients, BLS/ACLS, and NIHSS. First-time travelers are welcome. Orientation includes NEO and two days of departmental training, with free on-campus parking and a strong unit culture.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in-state (or compact) license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in MedSurg/Tele.
• BLS and ACLS at time of hire; NIHSS preferred for Resource Team.

Unit Information

• 24 beds with an average length of stay of 1.2 days
• Minimum experience required: 1 year
• First-time travelers accepted

• Total Hip and Total Knee replacement
• Bariatric surgery

Patient Ratios

• RN: 1:6
