Qualifications

• Must hold current state EMT-B/EMT-A/EMT-I/EMT-P or RN/LPN license.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Familiar with plasma collection industry regulations or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history interview.
• Perform physical examination and review SPE results.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for concerning findings.
• Support vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage occupational health/ER incidents and coordinate with EHS guidance.
