Job summary

NASCAR seeks a Part-Time Coordinator, Medical Liaison based in Daytona Beach, Florida. You will coordinate medical events, connect providers across tracks and NASCAR stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant medical communication and reporting.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with 5+ years in emergency/critical care settings and demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and data management skills to support health, safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years as an RN in Emergency Medicine and/or Critical Care Transport.
• Current, active RN license.
• Leadership experience preferred; case management a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in emergencies.
• Strong analytical, reporting and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between NASCAR, tracks, hospitals and medical providers during medical events.
• Monitor compliance with NASCAR Event Medical Standards and assist tracks with medical requirements.
• Record and coordinate medical care, follow-up, and accident/workers' comp documentation.
• Advocate for NASCAR members and communicate safety concerns to stakeholders.
• Maintain reports, databases and medical records per policy.
• Build relationships with NASCAR staff, participants, tracks and medical providers.
• Support event prep, data entry, health fairs and Summit activities.
• Attend meetings and conference calls through the season.
