Job summary

You will lead communications during medical events, connect providers, tracks, and stakeholders, and ensure HIPAA-compliant information flow.

Qualifications

• Active RN license, unencumbered, in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years RN experience in emergency/critical care.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between NASCAR, tracks, hospitals, and medical providers during medical events with HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor compliance with NASCAR Event Medical Standards and support tracks in meeting medical requirements.
• Record, track, and coordinate medical care, follow-up, accident reporting, and workers' compensation documentation.
• Advocate for NASCAR members and communicate concerns affecting safety.
• Maintain reports, databases, and medical records per policies.
• Build relationships with NASCAR staff, participants, tracks, and providers.
• Support event prep, office communications, data entry, health fairs, and Summit activities.
• Participate in meetings and calls throughout the season.
