Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Part-Time Track Services Coordinator to serve as the liaison between racetrack operations and NASCAR, supporting safety, equipment readiness, and incident response from the Concord, NC region while enabling remote coordination and up to 90% travel during race season.

You will lead on-track cleanup, track repairs and drying, coordinate training sessions, and manage daily meetings with track services staff, ensuring NASCAR standards are upheld and reports are completed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced, quick decision-making environment.
• Motorsports experience preferred.
• Valid driver license required.
• Excellent decision-making, communication and situational awareness.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% during race season.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between NASCAR competition and racetracks for track services and operations items.
• Respond to on-track incidents during all sessions and coordinate response.
• Lead on-track cleanup/restoration, fire, EMS, recovery, and restoration/cleanup efforts.
• Lead on-track portion of track repairs and track drying.
• Inspect racetracks and equipment for standards compliance.
• Conduct Track Services Meetings and lead training sessions.
• Attend events and coordinate logistics for Track Services programs.
