Job summary

Requirements include an RN license with 5+ years in Emergency/Critical Care Transport, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel up to 90% including

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in Emergency Medicine and/or Critical Care Transport.
• Current RN license in good standing; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for high-pressure situations.
• Ability to protect confidentiality and exercise sound judgment during emergencies.
• Proficiency with data management and reporting; comfortable with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between NASCAR, tracks, hospitals, and medical providers.
• Coordinate medical events, ensure HIPAA compliance and timely communication.
• Record and track medical care, follow-ups, accident reporting, and workers' comp documentation.
• Advocate for participants' safety and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate medical reports, databases, and records; support meetings and season-long initiatives.
