Job summary
Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Group to join a full-time team. You will provide nursing care under the direction of the Practice Manager and physicians, and work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities include triage by phone, reviewing test results, refilling medications, handling prior authorizations, and educating patients; you will also respond to NorthShore Connect messages and document in Epic.
Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
- ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
- Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching.
- Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
- Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.
