Qualifications

• Active IL registered nursing license.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and physicians.
• Handle phone triage, review test results, process medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Document in Epic and manage patient messages as part of care delivery.
