Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group. The role is full-time with 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday 7:30am–6pm and rotating Saturdays 8am–12pm.

You will provide nursing care under the supervision of the Practice Manager and physicians, conduct phone triage, handle test results, refills, prior authorizations, and educate patients. Experience in a clinical setting and IL licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL is required
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of the Practice Manager and Physicians
• Perform phone triage, manage test results, med refills, prior authorizations, and patient education
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages
• Chart in Epic EMR and maintain accurate documentation
