Job summary

Requirements include an IL nursing license, ASN minimum with BSN preferred, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license is required.
• ASN minimum education; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of nursing office or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians
• Perform phone triage, discuss test results, process medication refills and prior authorizations, and educate patients
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages
• Chart in Epic electronic medical record
