Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for its Medical Group on a full-time basis. You will provide nursing care, perform phone triage, manage test results and prior authorizations, and educate patients while documenting in Epic.

The role reports to the office physicians and Practice Manager. Ideal candidates hold an IL nursing license, ASN or higher, BLS/CPR, with at least one year of office or hospital experience.

Qualifikationen

• Current IL nursing license required.
• ASN minimum; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care under the direction of the Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Handle phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations and patient education.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic EMR.
