Job summary

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license required
• ASN minimum; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• 1 year nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under direction of Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, med refills, prior authorizations, care plans and patient education
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic EMR
