Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Medical Group in Evanston, IL. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

You will provide nursing care under supervision, perform triage over the phone, handle test results and authorizations, and chart in Epic EMR. Requirements include active IL nursing licensure, ASN minimum with BSN preferred, BLS/CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• ASN minimum; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, med refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic EMR accurately and timely.
