Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group in Evanston, IL. The role supports physicians, performs nursing tasks, triages calls, reviews tests, and educates patients. Epic EMR is used for charting and care planning.

Required IL RN licensure, ASN minimum with BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR. One year of office or hospital nursing experience is expected, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the supervision of the Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic electronic medical record.
