Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Medical-Surgical Unit III on the night shift. As part of a telemetry-focused team, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

This role requires an active NJ RN license and BLS certification; a BSN is preferred. EPIC experience is welcomed as part of our commitment to efficient documentation and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer medications and deliver hands-on care per protocol.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record.
