HonorHealth seeks an RN for the Network Float Pool, covering Med-Surg and Telemetry. This per diem, night-shift position requires strong med-surg experience and the ability to float to multiple campuses in the Phoenix area.

The RN will apply ANA standards, perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• >10 months med-surg or acute specialty setting required.
• 1 year RN experience for all Float Positions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Registered Nurse license in Arizona required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care based on ANA standards and hospital policies.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for med-surg and stroke patients.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
