Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Network Float Pool, performing high-quality nursing care across 3+ locations in the Phoenix area. The role requires thorough assessment, medication administration, and care coordination within ANA standards.

The position offers day shifts, full-time hours, and a sign-on bonus up to 20,000 USD. Two years of OR RN experience is required, with BSN pathway options for ADN holders.

Qualifications

• 2 years as an OR RN required.
• All Diploma and ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months of hire.
• Current RN license in the State of Arizona and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring safe dosages and interactions.
• Develop and contribute to patient care plans with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and home care.
• Record medical history, perform diagnostics, and support IV therapy as needed.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and float pool teammates as assigned.
