Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Network Float Pool, supporting night shift coverage across East Valley locations. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure safety, accuracy, and compassionate service.

This PRN night role requires 2+ years of RN experience in the area and current ACLS/BLS/NRP and fetal monitoring credentials.

Qualifications

• Two years' RN experience in the area of assignment is required.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications are required.
• Night shift availability with PRN scheduling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and document medical history and symptoms.
• Develop and revise patient care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor responses and side effects.
• Operate clinical equipment and perform diagnostic tests as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and home care.
