Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a part-time Night RN for the Network Float Pool, covering multiple Phoenix-area locations. You’ll float between 3+ facilities, flexibly scheduling 48 hours per pay period. A new hire sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is available.

Two years RN experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry is required. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, IV management, and care coordination with the care team.

Qualifications

• All Diploma and ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months of hire.
• Arizona nursing license or compact state licensure upon hire; license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications per physician orders.
• Record patient data and monitor for changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Assist with care planning and family education.
• Float between locations based on staffing needs.

Associates or Diploma in Nursing

BSN within 60 months
