Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the Network Float Pool, rotating between 3+ locations in the Phoenix area. This part-time, night shift role requires at least two years of RN experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry and a current Arizona license. A sign-on bonus of up to $5K is available.

The RN will provide direct patient care, document and monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical judgment and mentoring skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 2 yrs RN experience in Med/Surg/Tele setting required.
• RN licensure in Arizona (or compact state) required within 60 days of hire.
• BSN preferred; BSN within 60 months may be required for some staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, document findings and coordinate care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Guide and mentor staff and students; support clinical knowledge advancement.
