Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a skilled RN for the Network Float Pool, primarily night shift with assignments across multiple campuses in the Phoenix area. You must have telemetry experience and be capable of float to 3+ locations, maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN licensure required in Arizona
• Two years telemetry or acute care experience preferred
• Float to 3+ campuses; night shift nursing responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per ANA standards and hospital policies
• Administer medications and IV therapies; monitor and document patient status
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in coordination with a multidisciplinary team
• Precept and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain patient safety, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to scope of practice
