Job summary

CH I Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across the patient journey. You will perform triage, administer therapies, and educate patients and families in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ND RN licensure, an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, and BLS with ACLS and PALS to be obtained within 6 months. On-site duties at CHI Williston Health, supporting diverse clinical services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse license: ND required.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months.
• PALS certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs triage by assessing patient health and continuously monitor; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs.
• Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.
• Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs.
• Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provides patient and family education.

Required

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse: ND
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 - months
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 - months

Preferred

• Medical-Surgical Unit and/or Long-Term Care RN experience

Pay Range

$35.62 - $52.99 /hour
