Job summary

CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks an RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a dynamic environment. You will assess patients, perform skilled procedures, and develop comprehensive care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include an Associates Degree in Nursing and ND RN license, with BLS, ACLS, and PALS to be obtained within specified timelines. A $20,000 sign-on incentive is offered for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with providers to deliver exceptional care.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policy.
• Provides patient and family education.

• Performs triage by assessing patient’s health and continuously monitor; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs


• Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol


• Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs


• Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care


• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures


• Provides patient and family education

Job Requirements
