Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• ND licensure as a Registered Nurse at hire.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR required at hire.
• PALS and ACLS required within 6 months of start.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and monitor changes; adjust plan of care.
• Respond to life-threatening events per nursing standards and protocols.
• Prioritize care and ensure needed personnel, supplies, and equipment are available.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.

• Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
• Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
• Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs

We are offering a $25,000 employment incentive until December 1, 2026 to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
