Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, development, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and protocols, monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff and departments to optimize patient care and ensure teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
