Job summary
AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL is seeking an RN for a full-time night shift. Qualifications
- RN license is required
- Associate degree in Nursing is required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and update as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
