Qualifications

• Demonstrated nursing knowledge and competency in patient care.

• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical and psychosocial domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on standards of care.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and Families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and departments.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
