Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Med Surg/Progressive Care unit at The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care on a step-down unit, coordinate with ICU and other departments, and participate in care planning and safety initiatives.

Requirements include a current RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and BSN preferred. ACLS/BLS are preferred; the role supports patient care quality and teamwork across departments.

Formación

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• AC LS or ACLS preferred at hire, must obtain ACLS within 6 months.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional nursing care on the Progressive Care/Med Surg floor.
• Assess patient status and develop care plans to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate care between Med Surg and ICU and other departments.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Serve as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
