Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois (IDFPR) is required.
• Academic credentials include an Associate's Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Performs all unit-specific nursing duties per scope of service.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Assess patients on admission and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications safely using the 5 rights and monitor patient status.
• Maintain patient safety and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality care.
