Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (IDFPR).
• BLS within 30 days of hire, ACLS within 1 year.
• Education: College Diploma in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing care per unit standards.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient records.
• Assess patients on admission and develop care plans with the team.
• Administer medications following five rights and physician orders.
• Maintain safety, respond to call lights, and ensure accurate handoffs.
