Job summary

Trinity Health in West Des Moines, IA is seeking an Acute Care RN to deliver safe, compassionate care to patients with varying acuity. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting patients and families throughout the care journey.

The role requires Iowa RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS for higher acuity units; bull full-time night shift with a sign-on bonus and relocation support. Trinity Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Current Iowa RN license required
• American Heart Association BLS required
• ACLS required for units with telemetry monitoring
• Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire
• Basic computer skills

Employment Type: Full time. Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift. Description: SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $20,000 + RELOCATION BONUS!

• 0-1 years of experience: $10,000
• 1-3 years of experience: $15,000
• 3+ years of experience: $20,000

The Acute Care RN provides safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients with varying levels of acuity. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating with the interdisciplinary team; and supporting patients and families throughout their care journey.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
