Job summary

CHI Williston Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will perform assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and outcomes.

Successful candidates will hold an ND RN license, ADN or higher, and complete required certifications (BLS at hire, PALS and ACLS within 6 months). We value compassionate care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent required.
  • Registered Nurse license for North Dakota upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) required at hire; BLS considered standard.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of start.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of start.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and monitor for changes in health, symptoms, or pain.
  • Perform nursing procedures and administer medications per policy.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide patient and family education.
  • Respond to life-threatening situations per standards and protocols.
  • Prioritize care needs and coordinate with resources and staff.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

  • Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
  • Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
  • Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs
  • Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
  • Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provides patient and family education

We are offering a $25,000 employment incentive until December 1, 2026 to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Pay Range

$35.62 - $52.99 /hour
