PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator - RN to oversee the timely and accurate completion of the MDS and review care plans to ensure compliance with high standards of care in our long-term care setting.

The role requires RN licensure and at least one year of long-term care nursing experience, with LPNs with MDS experience considered. Compensation aligns with market pay ranges and benefits.

Formación

• RN licensure is required
• Long-term care nursing experience is required

Responsabilidades

• Manage Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents for reimbursement
• Conduct concurrent MDS reviews for RUG categories
• Coordinate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation and physician services
