The role requires RN licensure, minimum 1 year of long-term care nursing experience, and involves coordinating Medicare/Medicaid documentation to maximize reimbursement. Schedule is M-F 8a-4:30p with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and active license.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documentation process to ensure appropriate reimbursement.
• Conduct concurrent MDS reviews to achieve maximum allowable RUG categories.
• Integrate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation, and physician services for accurate reimbursement.
