CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking an RN MDS Nurse to join our team as a part-time RAC. You will coordinate MDS assessments, ensure accurate documentation, and support Medicare/Medicaid oversight while maintaining regulatory compliance. No on-call, no floor nursing required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the executive leadership and the facility's management team to achieve quality outcomes and reimbursements.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state employed.
• Experience with MDS/RAI processes preferred.
• Three years of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and RAI coordination.
• Oversee Medicare/Medicaid case mix and managed care oversight.
• Ensure facility compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
