Riverside Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting an RN MDS Nurse to join our team. The MDS Nurse RAC reports to the Executive Director and coordinates MDS assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate reimbursement for residents.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensed to practice in the state employed
• Three years of long-term care experience preferred
• Experience with the MDS/RAI process and/or case management preferred

• The MDS Nurse RAC reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process.
