Job summary

Tutera Senior Living and Health Care in Mattoon is seeking a MDS Coordinator | RN to oversee the timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and manage care from admission to discharge. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Prior MDS experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Medicare PPS process and Medicaid reimbursement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management.
• Coordinate data tracking for Minimum Data Set, discharge, and admission.
• Assist with information systems operations and education for the clinical department.
