EGRETCOVE is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee the MDS coordination and RAI processes, ensuring accurate care planning and regulatory compliance across departments. The role emphasizes timely assessments, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, experience with MDS coordination, and strong analytical, communication, and data entry skills to support quality and reimbursement accuracy in a dynamic healthcare facility.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Registered Nursing Program.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in MDS coordination and RAI process preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and CMG (case-mix group) classifications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and MDS software systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the MDS/PPS program, assessment schedule and tracking to ensure timely completion of assessments by all departments.
• Develop and coordinate nursing care plans based on individualized patient needs and monitor to ensure other departments are timely completing care plans.
• Analyze assessment data to identify complex patient needs and early clinical changes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and update the MDS/RAI process within regulatory timelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and compliant documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and facility operations.
