Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks an MDS Coordinator/RN to manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and lead the interdisciplinary care planning process. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering compassionate resident care.

The ideal candidate has BSN preferred, RN license, and at least one year in nursing management within long-term care, with two years of geriatric/long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI).
