Job summary

American Senior Communities LLC is hiring an RN MDS Coordinator for a part-time day shift. The role oversees the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and interdisciplinary care planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The candidate should have a nursing degree (BSN preferred) with leadership experience in long-term care, and a strong focus on compassionate, accountable, and collaborative resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support RAI processes in a timely and accurate manner.
