Qualificações

• Current Maryland RN licensure (or compact license).
• BLS/CPR certification.
• In-depth knowledge of MDS, nursing care methods, health, and safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor residents' health from admission through discharge using the MDS process.
• Plan, document, and submit compiled information accurately.
• Communicate with staff, residents, and families to address care concerns.
• Maintain complete healthcare records and PCC usage per best practices.
• Investigate patient/family complaints and resolve issues.
