Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of MDS and nursing care methods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health and well-being from admission to discharge.
• Plan, document, and submit compiled information according to MDS.
• Address individual care plans reflecting required types of care.
• Investigate patient/family complaints and resolve them.
