Elite Staffing Network LLC seeks a Registered Nurse Manager for Med Surg in Wilson, NC. The role leads unit activities, ensures appropriate resources, and supports strategic objectives while maintaining patient and family-centered care.

The candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant clinical experience in Med Surg (or related areas), and current RN licensure in North Carolina with BLS and ACLS within 60 days of hire. Specialty certification is preferred.

Summary

Leads activities and ensures resources that align with the mission, values, and objectives of the organization. Participates in the strategic plans of the organization by assisting in the development of specific objectives and achieving plan goals. Under the general direction of the Senior Nursing Officer develops, implements, leads, and evaluates all aspects of management and ensures the provision of quality patient /family centered care for the Medical Surgical Patient Care Units.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's degree, required

Required Skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Current AHA BLS required; ACLS within 60 days of hire. Specialty certification, preferred.

Minimum Work Experience

Minimum of five years of current, relevant clinical experience in Medical Surgical patient care; will consider other applicable clinical areas in lieu of Medical Surgical experience.

Required Licenses

Registered Nurse
Current NC nursing license, or within 30 days of hire.
