VBeyond Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) – Surgical Services in Wilson, NC to lead nursing operations within the surgical services department. The role requires a strong OR background, proven leadership, and the ability to support high-quality, safe, and efficient surgical care in a on-site setting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years operating room experience, 3+ years of management experience, and a NC (or compact) RN license, with budgeting and resource management

Formación

• Current RN license in North Carolina or a valid compact RN license.
• At least 5 years of Operating Room experience.
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Wilson, NC.
• Experience with departmental budgeting and resource management.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (RN) – Surgical Services to lead and oversee nursing operations within the surgical services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong Operating Room background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to support high-quality, safe, and efficient surgical care.

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a valid compact RN license.
• At least 5 years of Operating Room experience.
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Wilson, NC.
• Experience with departmental budgeting and resource management.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in staff development and nursing education.
• Background in quality improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare standards.
