Job summary

Elite Staffing Network LLC seeks a Registered Nurse Manager for Med Surg in Wilson, NC. The role leads unit activities, ensures appropriate resources, and supports strategic objectives while maintaining patient and family-centered care.

The candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant clinical experience in Med Surg (or related areas), and current RN licensure in North Carolina with BLS and ACLS within 60 days of hire. Specialty certification is preferred.

• Current AHA BLS required; ACLS within 60 days of hire. Specialty certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads activities and ensures resources aligning with the organization’s mission, values and objectives.
• Assists in development of objectives and achieving plan goals.
• Develops, implements, leads, and evaluates all aspects of management and ensures provision of quality patient/family centered care for the Medical Surgical Patient Care Units.
