Job summary

Abrazo Health Network seeks an RN Manager for the Day shift to lead multi-department operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will manage budgets, scheduling, and policy adherence while driving team performance and patient safety.

The role requires a nursing degree with AZ RN licensure, CPR, ACLS as applicable, and prior leadership experience. Expect responsibility for budget oversight and staff development within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school, or a BSN.
• Preferred education: Master degree in nursing or healthcare administration.
• Minimum experience: 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Preferred experience: 2 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Required certifications: Current RN license in AZ; CPR; ACLS as applicable; other certifications per department.
• Required courses/training: Cardiovascular experience and specialized nursery experience as specified.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per established standards and monitor care quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Assist in annual budgeting and monitor variances; manage supply costs.
• Participate in interview, hiring, and onboarding of new staff; lead team development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain survey readiness.
