Job summary

Abrazo Surprise Micro-Hospital seeks an experienced healthcare leader to manage daily operations and drive excellent patient outcomes in a multi-department setting. You will supervise staff, enforce policies, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

The role requires a nursing degree, Arizona RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, and 2+ years of management in Med/Surg/Telemetry, with a track record of budget management and staff development.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from accredited nursing school.
• 3–5 years clinical experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry; 2 years management experience.
• Current Registed Nurse license in Arizona; CPR required; ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Manage budgets, supply usage, and cost containment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety standards.
