You will collaborate with physicians, staff and leadership to achieve patient and staff satisfaction while guiding education and staffing decisions.

The role emphasizes building teams, improving outcomes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice required.
• Master's degree preferred for leadership track.
• ACLS, NRP, FHM, STABLE and TEAM certifications preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Builds a high performing clinical work team through recruitment and retention.
• Leads and coordinates daily unit activities and ensures safe patient care.
• Establishes standards of care and monitors outcomes via audits and data.
• Collaborates with physicians, staff and leaders to meet goals.
• Directs overtime and schedules while maintaining staffing balance.
• Engages in education and staff development to meet needs.
