Responsibilities include leading performance improvement, applying evidence-based practice changes, ensuring compliance with standards, guiding interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining open communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Experience leading nursing teams and performance improvement.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.
• Ability to apply evidence-based practice on a unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff performance, staffing, orientation, and discipline, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Manages budgets and resources, staffing, healthcare finance, and supports quality initiatives.
